Yoga is science, and science is experimentation with observation. There must be freedom in the movement yet discipline in being present within it. Each yoga practice is a journey through a broad range of motion and emotion. Through a foundation of mindful presence, we can practice enduring all sensations with greater steadiness and ease. Expect to strengthen, stretch, and sweat your way into a deeper sense of stillness and be empowered, as student and teacher both.
