There must be freedom in the movement yet discipline in being present within it. Each yoga practice is a journey through a broad range of motion and emotion. Through a foundation of mindful presence, we can practice enduring all sensations with greater steadiness and ease. Expect to strengthen, stretch, and sweat your way into a deeper sense of stillness and be empowered, as student and teacher both.

Rebecca has the most grounding influence on people. I met her just after being up-rooted from my yoga community in Colorado and transplanted in Georgia. Her calm, stabilizing energy meant the world to me. Rebecca is the kind of soul that not only sees and extracts the best from others, but also gently steps back, and allows them to shine and acknowledge their own gifts. I’ve seen her in heated moments and she is one cool cucumber, a peacemaker and a bridge-builder. Rebecca’s wisdom and experience in yoga, anatomy, movement, philosophy, nutrition, and the good old school of hard knocks (aka life) makes her one of the most well-rounded, beautiful human beings I know. <3
Rebecca brings a strong grounding energy to her classes - there is always a theme. Her personal devotion to the development of a higher-self - whether that be through mindfulness practice, intellectual inquiry, or intentions to simply be good to yourself (and others) - she extends this through her teaching. Her pose sequences are creative and accessible - she is always open to offering modifications. I often leave Rebecca’s class with a quote in my mind that I remember later when I need a little guidance - she is an inspiring and beloved teacher of mine, and many others.
