The Mindful Method is a creative systematic coaching approach designed to help participants cultivate deeper awareness of the pieces keeping them from living well. Ultimately, it is a discovery process through which a stronger relationship with Self can grow through developing a healthier relationship with food and self care rituals.

Explore through a period of guided self-inquiry to gain a better understanding of behavioral patterns, and their associated sensations. This phase is all about taking the seat as the witness, towards cultivating the awareness necessary to create sustainable lifestyle changes.
